What You’ll Do

• Work remotely with a tight-knit, pragmatic team on the backend, powering the innovative, web-standards-based PWA (Web Components only, following the Pure Manifesto).
• Your main focus will be the backend, but we hope you’re not afraid of HTML, JS, or CSS 😉 — and if you’ve ever touched Web Components, that’s a bonus.
• Develop primarily in Laravel 12 and PostgreSQL (Eloquent ORM), with opportunities to dive into other languages for compute-intensive backend tasks related to AI such as Python.
• If your background is in Symfony, that’s great — you will also be in the right place, as many concepts of Symfony overlap with Laravel, and the switch is easily made.
• Deploy and operate services on Microsoft Azure, leveraging managed services so DevOps remains lightweight and efficient.
• You’ll help shape a maintainable architecture, optimize performance, and ensure the platform stays reliable as it grows.

What We’re Looking For

• A medior/senior full-stack or backend developer who can think conceptually and abstractly.
• Strong experience with Laravel and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of API design, queues, and caching within the Laravel Ecosystem.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in order to understand some of our concepts we use and the requirements the frontend might need.
• Comfort with Azure (or other cloud environments).
• Someone who thrives in a lean, self-organized team rather than a rigid Agile setup.
• Clear communicator with strong written and spoken English.
• A self-sufficient problem solver who enjoys autonomy and ownership.

We are on the lookout for a motivated and driven Sales/Account Executive to join Qogni, a leader in B2B health tech solutions. This full-time role, based in the Netherlands, offers the flexibility of remote work and is perfect for those who excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Sales/Account Executive at Qogni, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by developing strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing deals. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and outreach.

Over Qogni

Qogni is een innovatieve AI-gedreven gezondheids- en welzijnsplatform dat werknemers helpt bij het optimaliseren van hun cognitieve en fysieke prestaties. We ondersteunen bedrijven met tools voor medewerkerstevredenheid, preventieve gezondheidszorg en stressmanagement.

Wij willen ons medewerkertevredenheidsonderzoek (MTO) en ons e-PMO (online preventief medisch onderzoek) verder ontwikkelen en beter afstemmen op specifieke sectoren en branches. Daarom zoeken we een masterstudent Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie met een analytische mindset en passie voor werkgeluk en datagedreven HR-oplossingen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Onderzoeken hoe medewerkerstevredenheid en welzijn per sector en branche verschillen.
• Optimaliseren van de MTO-vragenlijst, zodat deze relevante, actiegerichte inzichten oplevert.
• Verbeteren van de e-PMO (projectmonitoring) door relevante KPI’s en trends te analyseren.
• Data analyseren en vertalen naar concrete verbeteringen binnen het platform.
• Samenwerken met ons team om slimme AI-oplossingen te integreren binnen HR-processen.
• Presenteren van je bevindingen en aanbevelingen aan het team.

Wat we zoeken

• Je volgt een Master in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie.
• Je hebt affiniteit met data-analyse
• Je hebt kennis van medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoeken en HR-processen.

Jouw rol: PM/PO

Als Product Manager / Product Owner vorm je de schakel tussen visie en uitvoering.
Je vertaalt inzichten uit de markt — HR, uitval, wellbeing en AI-technologie — naar een duidelijke roadmap en zorgt dat ideeën werkelijkheid worden in onze app.

Je werkt met één been in de business en één in het productteam:
strategisch waar nodig, pragmatisch waar het moet.

Wat je gaat doen

Visie vormgeven en vertalen – Je werkt samen met de founders aan de productstrategie en vertaalt deze naar een roadmap met meetbare doelen.
Marktgericht denken – Je volgt ontwikkelingen in digital health, AI-coaching en preventieve zorg, en vertaalt die naar concrete features.
Backlog beheren – Je maakt user stories die tech, design en business samenbrengen, en bewaakt de voortgang van sprint tot release.
Data & feedback gebruiken – Je test hypotheses, analyseert gebruikersgedrag en stuurt continu bij op basis van inzichten.
Stakeholders verbinden – Je brengt klanten, developers, designers en business stakeholders op één lijn rond de missie: minder verzuim, meer veerkracht.

Wat jij meebrengt

• Ervaring als Product Manager of Product Owner bij een SaaS-product of digitaal platform.
• Vermogen om te schakelen tussen strategie en detail, visie en backlog.
• Affiniteit met AI, digitale gezondheid of HR-tech is een grote plus.
• Je denkt vanuit impact op de gebruiker én de organisatie.
• Je communiceert helder, prioriteert scherp en houdt het team gefocust.
• Je voelt je thuis in een lean startup-omgeving met korte lijnen en veel autonomie.
